The Managing Authority is pleased to announce the official closure of the Cooperation Programme Interreg VA “Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020”, following receipt of the European Commission’s Closure Letter.
The closure marks the successful completion of a programming period that delivered significant investments and tangible results for the cross-border area, strengthened cooperation between Greece and Bulgaria, and contributed to economic development, environmental protection, accessibility, social inclusion, and institutional capacity building. As part of the closure process, the Programme’s key final documents are now available on the Programme website:
