- Current EU policy issues
- EU financing opportunities
- How the EU handles fraud and mismanagement of funds
- Data tools for journalists
- The training includes visits to European Institutions, such as the European Commission, the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union, as well as meetings with Commission country experts.
The media training programme runs between June 2026 and December 2026. Each trip will welcome to Brussels around 30 journalists from the EU Member States. The European Commission will provide full coverage of travel, accommodation and subsistence costs for the journalists participating in the programme.
