The European Commission invites young artists (ages 18-35) from countries participating in the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region to reflect on themes of the right to stay, migration, and belonging through the artwork competition ‘Living Without Leaving?’. The deadline for submission of artworks is 15 March 2025.

We are thrilled to launch ‘Living Without Leaving?’, an art competition inviting young artists (18-35) from the Adriatic-Ionian region to reflect on the right to stay, migration, and belonging. Selected artworks will be part of a nomadic exhibition across Belgium, Greece, Albania, and North Macedonia in 2025.
🎭 Who can apply? Emerging & established artists from the region
🖌️ Accepted formats: Painting, ceramics, digital art, mixed media & more
🏆 15 selected artists will receive a 200€ artist fee
