1st Info Day for the 1st Call for Project ProposalsPassed

In the frame of the 1st Call for Common Project Proposals, the MA/JS of the Cooperation Programme Interreg VI-A “Greece-Bulgaria 2021-2027” are organising two Info Days for the applicants, one per country.

The 1st Info Day will take place in Alexandroupolis (Greece),  on Thursday, February 22nd, 2024, at the Chamber of Evros (307 Dimokratias St., 3^rd floor).

The agenda of the event (here) includes the following topics:

• presentation of the programme (priorities, objectives, implementing provisions, Programme management structures etc.)
• presentation of the 1st Call (Terms of Reference, rules and procedures)
• submission and selection process of a project proposal
• presentation of the concept note (Stage A submission)
• instructions on how to submit a project proposal through the MIS system
• overview and general principles of the project development & implementation
• project communication and dissemination rules

At the end of the event a Q&A session will follow.

During the event the participants will have the opportunity to network with each other, exchanging their project ideas and searching for potential project partners.
The applicants, may also use the tools provided by the Programme in the search of potential partners.

Registration to the event is compulsory for those who will attend the event in person, by clicking on the “REGISTER HERE” button (upper right side of your screen- below the map). Registration will remain open until Tuesday 20/2/2024.

The working language of the event is the English language. The event will be hybrid (link to attend the event remotely Meeting ID: 461 797 2121 / Passcode: f365).
